At Snout & Soul, your satisfaction matters. We stand behind every product we sell — and we want you to feel confident shopping with us.


🐾 Pet Toys & Accessories (Zendrop Products)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right — no return shipping required.

  • Damaged or defective items: Full replacement or refund. Report within 30 days of delivery with a photo or short video clearly showing the issue.
  • Wrong item received: Full replacement or refund. Send a photo of the item received and its packaging within 30 days.
  • Order not delivered (US): If tracking shows no movement for 45+ days from the ship date, we'll reship or refund.
  • Change of mind / wrong size ordered: We're unable to offer refunds or exchanges for buyer's remorse as our products ship directly from suppliers.
  • No physical return required: You keep the item. We resolve the issue directly.

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Orders older than 90 days are ineligible.


👕 Apparel, Mugs & Print-on-Demand Items (Printify)

All apparel, mugs, stickers, tote bags, and hoodies are made to order — printed specifically for you.

  • Print defect or manufacturing error: Free reprint or full refund. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the defect.
  • Wrong size ordered: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections — please refer to the size chart on each product page before ordering.
  • Change of mind: As items are custom-printed per order, we're unable to offer refunds for change of mind.
